As part of our community health clinic, you will connect with a diverse client base seeking transformative support. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources. Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet client needs. Implement various evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to promote healing and personal growth. Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions based on client-specific factors. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and client-centered care. Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, providing support to clients in need of immediate assistance. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a community of support and growth among clients. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a diverse population, addressing the mental health needs of individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of challenges. This includes navigating issues related to relationship dynamics, familial conflicts, emotional distress, and trauma recovery. Qualifications Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and treatment approaches. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in a mental health or outpatient therapy setting is preferred, equipping you with the practical insight needed for this role. Experience in navigating diverse cultural backgrounds and presenting challenges significantly enhances the therapeutic process. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
