Registered Nurse RN - Hospice

Responsibilities Make initial nursing evaluation visit Continuously evaluate the patient’s needs Initiate, coordinate, and revise the treatment plan Render nursing care and perform treatments as ordered by the physician Participate in the Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement process Prepare accurate, orderly, and timely reports and documentation Adhere to all practice standards as they apply to patient care Educate patients and caregivers on their conditions and steps needed for proper recovery Requirements Caring, patient‑centered and flexible teacher with excellent communication and time‑management abilities Independent problem‑solving abilities and excellent clinical assessment skills Computer literate Good physical condition and ability to lift/transfer patients to and from wheelchairs, if necessary Associate’s of Science degree in Nursing Valid Ohio RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including hospice or home health experience preferred Valid driver’s license and one‑year clean driving record Excellent writing, communication, and charting skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
