About the Role
The Company is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Client Success to lead client-facing support and production operations for enterprise financial services clients. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a support team, overseeing ticket resolution and client communications, and serving as the escalation point for complex support issues and production incidents. The role requires investigating client-reported problems by reviewing logs, APIs, integrations, and workflows to identify root causes. The VP will also manage support workflows and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved efficiently. Candidates should have 10 or more years of experience in client success, technical support, production support, or a related field. Experience supporting enterprise software or platforms in financial services, fintech, digital banking, wealth management, or SaaS is required. Strong experience managing support tickets, workflows, and escalations in Jira is expected, along with hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in partnership with engineering teams. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data connectivity, or enterprise software platforms is also important.
