Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Participate in inventory management and restocking of products as needed. Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the home improvement or pool industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash. Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a customer-first approach. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems.
