We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and reliable Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team in Pharr, TX. If you are passionate about wellness, client care, and helping people find relief from stress and pain, we provide a calm, professional environment where you can focus entirely on your craft while we handle the bookings and administration!

What You Will Do * Deliver high-quality, customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific wellness goals or clinical needs (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal).

• Conduct brief pre-service consultations to understand client medical histories, pain points, and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, soothing, and fully stocked treatment room environment.
• Document accurate SOAP notes or client session tracking after each appointment.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend follow-up treatment plans to promote long-term health.

What We Are Looking For * Must hold a current, valid Massage Therapy License in the state of Texas (TDLR certified).

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term client relationships.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
