Shift Leader

Overview Shift Leader position at Bruegger's Bagels. The Shift Leader collaborates with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They open and close the store with little to no supervision and help ensure the quality of food and beverages while maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth within the company. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone; provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Maintain food and beverage quality and ensure a safe, clean store environment. Support ongoing operations and contribute to a positive work culture; assist in team development and training as needed.
