This is a story about growing up but never getting old. Since day-one when our founder, Jimmy, opened his first Jimmy Johns sandwich shop, weve had the determination and badassery to settle for nothing less than the best. We are in early every morning baking fresh bread and slicing vegetables, and were not afraid to have a little (or a lot) of fun along the way. As a General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations. While managing food and labor costs, you will recruit, hire, and train team members helping them understand what success looks like. In other words: lets do whatever it takes to make kick-ass sandwiches for our customers.
