We are seeking an Outreach Representative- Vendor Relations to join our team! You will be responsible for communicating billing processes and options for client customers.
Responsibilities:
- Contact Existing Client Vendors to explain payment/billing options (warm outbound calls)
- Advise clients of changes to programs and new payment options
- Document calls notes, update database with new customer contact info
Qualifications:
- Previous Call Center experience a plus, B-B calling sales experience a plus
- Strong computer skills some accounting terminology a plus
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time Schedule: - 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
- Education:
- College/Business education not required but a plus
This is an onsite position with the potential for hybrid or remote work
