Job Description Receptionist / Medical Front Office position: This position is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with accurate information.
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
Process patient registrations, payments, and medical records.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle medical correspondence and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
