High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time direct patient experience; or 2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting; or 3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time face-to-face customer service experience; or 4. Matriculation in a Nursing Program. NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
