Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, function, and strength
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs using EMR documentation
• Supervise PT Assistants and Aides to ensure top-quality patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and staff for seamless patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families, making them feel comfortable and informed
• Maintain accurate records including evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in California (or ability to obtain)
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

• Degree in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and ICD-10 coding
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and billing procedures for Medicare, workers' comp, etc.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient transfers
