Trauma Registrar

TriHealth - 10500 Montgomery Road - Responsibilities: Maintain current accurate data within the trauma registry by collecting, entering, retrieving and reporting data related to all inpatient and outpatient trauma patients treated.; Perform report writing and generation, including both routine and time-dependent special reports.; Expand coding requirements to include ICD-10.; Prepare and submit a quarterly data summary of all patients treated by the trauma service to state/national registries and related organizations.; Regularly participate in Monthly Trauma Process Improvement Committee meetings to contribute data insights and trends.
