Our values-Execute, Protect, Improve, and Character-drive every job we do.The Role:The Electrical Mechanic is responsible for ensuring quality service and installation for our commercial and/or industrial customers and doing so by always promoting safety. What You'll Do:Experience seeing electrical system installs from start to finishCutting, bending, threading and installation of different types of conduit in all sizesExperience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.Ability to read/interpret blueprints, coordinated drawings, wiring diagrams, submittals, etc.Assisting in hooking up/terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, and various electrical devicesUnderstanding of PLCs, controls, and industrial manufacturing a plusWork as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprenticesYou Bring:High School Diploma or equivalentIntermediate to advanced knowledge in the electrical trade Vocational school or prior training preferred.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to safety and following established protocols.Valid driver's license and dependable transportationBenefits That Matter:Weekly paychecks: $25-$35/hr. based on experience and skill set.100% employee owned; earn stock and profit-sharing bonuses401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, vision, short-and long-term disability and life insuranceSupplemental medical insurancePaternity and maternity leavePaid vacation & holidays including a safety incentive plan to earn more PTOPaid M-Power volunteer hours to service communityCareer growth & training opportunitiesSee more at our website mooreselectric.com.
