Title Dental assistant Job Description Are you an experienced dental assistant with a passion for dental care and exceptional communication skills? Lasting Smiles Implant Center is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Dental Assistant. Responsibilities: Taking impressions and digital intra-oral scans Patient photos X-rays and CBCT Setting up and taking down operatory rooms Adjusting and delivering a prosthesis Ability to make temporary crowns Assisting the doctor during a variety of restorative and surgical procedures Pre and post op instructions Standard Day as a Dental Assistant at Lasting Smiles Implant Center Chair-side assisting during restorative and surgical procedures Assisting in the delivery of our product to our patients Setting up and turning over rooms Sterilization and daily cleaning Managing patient expectations and giving excellent patient care to our patients Join us in making a lasting difference in our patients' lives – apply today! Salary Range part-time $25 - $35 per hour The anticipated range for this position is $20 - $35 dollars an hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications. Experience: Dental assisting: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required) Shift & Schedule Monday to Friday Requirements Registered Dental Assistant with necessary Certifications Task and detail oriented Self Starter who works well as as a part of a team Patient-centric with good communication skills Outgoing and empathetic Flexible and a quick learner Great organizational skills and high level of office aptitude Work with the doctor and do whatever it takes to ensure our patients have an exceptional experience every time Previous experience as a dental assistant in a dental office, with specific experience in implant dentistry preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
