Cable Dahmer of Lees Summit - KIA is looking for a dependable, hardworking Service Porter to join our automotive service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and being part of a team that provides an excellent customer experience.
This position is also an excellent entry point for someone interested in becoming a Lube Technician or Automotive Apprentice . You'll gain hands-on experience in a dealership environment, work alongside experienced technicians, and learn the daily operations of a professional service department.
Responsibilities

• Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely
• Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle movement and lot organization
• Keep the service drive, parking areas, and work areas clean and organized
• Help maintain an organized inventory of vehicles
• Assist with basic vehicle cleaning and preparation
• Provide friendly and professional support to customers and team members
• Follow all dealership safety procedures

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
