Assisted Living Manager

Assisted Living Manager at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as the Assisted Living Manager will oversee the success of the 60‑bed Assisted Living Neighborhood. Partnering with residents, family members, and staff, this position supports the social service needs of residents and ensures the highest quality of resident care and customer service in our community. Responsibilities Leading a holistic, person‑centered approach to assessment and service/care planning Conducting pre‑residency assessments and screening of potential residents and making recommendations for an appropriate level of residency Evaluating the psychosocial and activity of daily living (ADL) needs of residents and coordinating care and services as needed Communicating with residents and families regarding changes in the plan of care and residents’ condition, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Providing individualized psychosocial support to residents and families through meetings or support groups, and assisting through the transition process to a higher level of care Partnering with Independent Living and Post‑Acute Social Workers to develop support groups and educational programming opportunities for residents and family members, and coordinating transitions between levels of care Qualifications Minimum of 1‑year related experience and/or training in long‑term care/assisted living preferred. Education may be considered in lieu of experience. Experience with the elderly and understanding of the dementia process and its impact on daily living and activity programming. Knowledge of the geriatric population and the aging process, including the physical, psychological and social needs of the elderly. Compensation Salary range $85k-100k with eligibility for an annual bonus up to 8%. Salary based on experience.
