WHAT OUR DINING ASSOCIATES DO Greet residents and guests during meal times. Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu. Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times. Maintain a clean dining environment. REQUIREMENTS Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture. Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers. Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
