Associate Director of Creative Strategy

Leading the development of insight-driven, creator-first storytelling, the full-time remote Associate Director of Creative Strategy will manage creative strategies for a dedicated Pharma client and other Fortune 500 brands, ensuring compliance and cultural relevance while mentoring a team of strategists. Key responsibilities Lead creative strategy for Publicis Groupe clients, transforming insights into compliant storytelling platforms Translate audience and platform data into actionable creative ideas that drive measurable business outcomes Oversee influencer brief development and collaborate with various teams to ensure creative excellence and authenticity Required qualifications 6+ years in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer/creator marketing Previous experience working with health/pharma clients Strong background in developing integrated, data-informed, creator-led creative concepts Proven ability to lead proposals and inspire cross-disciplinary teams Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behavior
