Shift: Rotating shifts, primarily:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions and requests professionally.
- Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records, shift handover reports, and operational checklists.
- Stay informed about hotel amenities, room rates, and promotions.
- Receive and record incoming mail as required.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe hotel areas.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Previous hospitality, front desk, customer service, or related experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to handle busy situations and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
- Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for 3-4 hours at a time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
