Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses to determine their rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs for continued progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license
• At least 2 years of physical therapy experience (3-5 preferred)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Education

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation
• Patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
