As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations in a high-volume retail environment. You’ll oversee safe and accurate medication dispensing, ensure full regulatory and company policy compliance, and provide clinical counsel to patients and caregivers. You will manage and develop pharmacists and technicians, optimize inventory and workflow, and collaborate with store leadership to drive healthcare services.
