We are looking for a cook to come and join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking and being creative with recipes.

Cook job duties include:

• Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
• Review menus prior to preparation of food prepares modified diets using appropriate techniques.
• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and sanitary regulations as well as with our established policies and procedures.
• Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Inspect trays to assure that the correct diet is served to the resident.

Preferred experience:

• Cooking experience
• Food handlers permit or able to obtain prior to starting
