What You'll Do

• Provide advanced respiratory care for pediatric patients in PICU and Neuro Diagnostics units
• Assess, monitor, and treat children requiring respiratory support, including ventilators and other devices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float between PICU, NICU, and Peds units based on patient needs
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
• Support staff with clinical expertise and patient management in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with emergency procedures as needed

What You Need

• Indiana State Respiratory Therapist License (temporary accepted with application in process)
• Minimum of 2 years' PICU or Children's Hospital experience within the last 3 years
• Relevant certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (if applicable)
• L&D experience preferred but not required (must meet experience criteria)
• Ability to work every other weekend, with flexibility to float across units
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
