What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care to patients in their homes and community settings
- Evaluate physical conditions, develop treatment plans, and track progress over time
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
- Support individuals to reclaim their independence and improve quality of life

What You Bring
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maine (one year of experience required)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
