In this Operating Room Technician opportunity, the role typically reports to an OR Manager or Perioperative Services Director with daily support from charge nurses, specialty coordinators, and Sterile Processing, while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, RN circulators, PACU, and materials management; as a Certified Surgical Technologist, core responsibilities include setting up cases, maintaining the sterile field, anticipating surgeon needs, ensuring accurate counts, optimizing preference cards, advancing evidence-based practice, and precepting peers in a collegial environment known for friendly nurses and a diverse, highly respected interdisciplinary care team.
