Payroll Coordinator

In this fast-paced, high-energy, on-site role, you will play a key part in supporting our multi-state union and non-union payroll operations. Working directly alongside supportive financial leadership, you’ll tackle timesheet reviews, process adjustments, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time.
salary: $25 - $28 per hourshift: First

education: Associate Responsibilities
- Process werekly and bi-weekly payroll: audit timesheets, overtime, and clock-ins for accuracy
- Enforce multi-state tax regulations, wage-and-hour laws, and collective barganing agreements (CBA) for union labor
- ManageHRIS/payroll setups, including W-4's,direct deposits, garnishments, PTO accruals, and benefit deductions
- reconcile event labor costs with branch managers, generate payroll reports, and resolve employee pay inquiries
