Consultant Dietitian - Full-Time | Dallas South Region

Join a growing, family-oriented healthcare consulting team as a Consultant Dietitian serving skilled nursing, long-term care, and transitional care facilities throughout the South Dallas region. This is a field-based role offering autonomy, flexibility, and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinical nutrition and food service consultation to multiple healthcare facilities

• Typically visit one facility per day; occasionally cover two facilities in one day with approximately four hours spent at each location

• Travel throughout an assigned territory (mileage reimbursement provided)

• Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Manage an average caseload of 12-20 patients per day

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian (RD, LD) in Texas

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, ideally in long-term care

• Strong communication, organizational, and independent work skills

• Willingness to travel between facilities is required

• Board Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG) is a plus

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Monday-Friday

• Flexible work hours, generally between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, allowing flexibility to avoid peak traffic

• Schedules are typically provided 30 days in advance, with occasional adjustments based on facility needs and individual flexibility

• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• $32-$38/hour
