NOW HIRING: Full-Time Front Desk / Patient Services Representative

First Choice Urgent Care is seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Front Desk Team Member for our busy Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine clinic in Romulus, MI.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends!

This is a fast-paced position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent service while managing multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Previous medical front desk and/or health insurance experience required
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple healthcare systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or a high-volume medical office is preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and registering patients
• Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collecting copays, deductibles, and other patient payments
• Accurately entering patient and insurance information
• Assisting with urgent care and occupational medicine registrations
• Managing multiple patients, phone calls, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously
• Providing a positive and professional experience for every patient
