Job Responsibilities Manage and deepen relationships with highvalue customers across liabilities, assets, and investment products. Acquire newtobank customers through outbound and inbound engagement. Drive crosssell of CASA, TD, MF, insurance, loans, and digital banking solutions. Deliver superior customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance norms. Identify business opportunities through client interactions and improve portfolio performance. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery, audits, and operational processes. Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolutions within defined TAT. Maintain complete records of customer interactions, financial needs, and service requests. Execute planned sales initiatives, customer engagement activities, and portfoliobuilding strategies.
