IT Support Technician - Help Desk & Field Service

Requirements Must have: Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems Practical experience with PC hardware and peripheral setup Solid grasp of networking basics, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with remote support platforms such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk Excellent customer service and communication abilities Valid drivers license Reliable transportation for client-site travel An associates degree in Computer Networking, Network Security, or a related discipline is strongly preferred Responsibilities: Respond to help desk requests by phone and through remote support tools - Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, printing, file shares, and operating systems - Support mobile devices running iOS and Android - Carry out field installations and network rollouts at customer locations - Configure and maintain PC hardware and connected devices - Process RMAs and related equipment returns - Keep accurate records and updates in our ticketing system Company: We are Protis, a growing managed services provider supporting professional service firms across Central Texas.
