Overview RN Charge Nurse – Med/Surg Tele Unit Evening Shift at Orleans Community Health, Medina Memorial Hospital. Immediate opening for a dependable and experienced RN to serve in a leadership capacity of our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital Med/Surg Telemetry Unit. Shift and Status Monday – Friday – Weekdays only No holidays or weekends 3pm-11pm Responsibilities Supervise the nursing care administered in the unit and oversee the evening activity of the med/surg rehab unit. Manage care plans, admissions and discharges, and prepare for the Department of Health survey. Ensure that quality nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the New York Nurse Practice Act and hospital/nursing standards. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. New York State licensure with current registration. Previous change nurse and/or nursing supervisory experience required.
