Responsibilities

Our Clinical Nurses in TCU independently provide continuing care and complex treatments to patients presenting with varied medical and surgical interventions. Working with a dedicated rehabilitation team, the RN provides evidence-based, high-quality patient care and safety, and serves as a resource for other team members.

PRN; Day/Night Rotation; Weekeknds required


Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam
• BSN Preferred
• Must possess 1 year of current clinical experience
• Must obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.
• RN License
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire

Max

USD $67.95/Hr.


Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
