Registered Nurse Trauma Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Trauma Coordinator PI to advance quality and safety within our trauma program. In this role, you will coordinate trauma performance improvement activities, analyze outcomes, and lead initiatives that drive evidence-based care. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams, you will manage trauma data, conduct chart audits, and support registry accuracy while ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. You will also help design staff education, support survey readiness, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, compassion, and patient-centered trauma care.
