Surgery - Thoracic Physician

A leading health system in the Concho Valley of Texas is seeking a BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a collaborative surgical team providing advanced care for heart, lung, esophageal, and thoracic conditions in a growing regional medical center.
Position Highlights:

• Build and grow a busy cardiothoracic surgery practice in a thriving Texas community
• Manage a balanced schedule with 4 OR days and 1 clinic day per week
• Support a diverse surgical caseload with outpatient and operative responsibilities
• Enjoy a 1:3 call schedule with dedicated team support
• Collaborate with 3 advanced practice providers to optimize patient care
• Treat complex conditions involving the heart, lungs, esophagus, and chest cavity
• Join a supportive team focused on clinical excellence, quality, and patient satisfaction
• Practice within a regional referral center with advanced technology and resources
