More about our team Fauquier Health has 5 Main Operating rooms plus a Cystoscopy Suite. As a Registered Nurse in our Surgical Services Unit, you will take part in the wide variety of services we have to offer, including Total Joint Replacements, Sports Medicine, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Retina, and Spine. Fauquier Health is paving the way in advanced surgical procedures by offering minimally invasive robotic surgery with our state‑of‑the‑art daVinci Xi robotic platform. How you'll contribute An Assistant Director/Registered Nurse who excels in this role: Supervises daily staff activities for the Surgical Services Department Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to the staff Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Basic Life Support certification is required within 7 days of hire ACLS and PALS are required within 30 days of hire Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred Must have previous OR/Surgical Experience More about Fauquier Health Fauquier Health is a 97‑bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24‑hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more.
