Junior Support Analyst

Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 technical support through a ticketing queue Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for Mac and Windows users Deliver both in-person and remote support to employees Configure, stage, and deploy laptops and other end‑user devices Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities Assist with conference room technology setup and troubleshooting Provide walk‑up support for office employees Document issues, resolutions, and support activities Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism Onsite position supporting users across multiple office locations Frequent interaction with employees and business stakeholders Opportunity to work alongside senior IT professionals and gain exposure to enterprise technologies Work Environment Onsite position supporting users across multiple office locations Frequent interaction with employees and business stakeholders Opportunity to work alongside senior IT professionals and gain exposure to enterprise technologies Requirements The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of IT support experience Recent internship or entry-level experience supporting end users Strong troubleshooting skills Desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team Preferred Qualifications Jamf Microsoft Intune Okta Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms Experience Working In Corporate IT support environments Campus or university IT departments Managed Service Providers (MSPs) Consumer technology support organizations (e.g., Geek Squad) Ideal Candidate Background IT Support Specialist Help Desk Technician Desktop Support Technician Geek Squad Technician Campus IT Support Analyst Junior MSP Technician Important Note Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jamf, Intune, Okta, or MDM solutions is beneficial, but hands‑on administration experience is not required; training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
