Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre cardiac catheterization and have expertise in managing ports. The role involves supporting patients who are currently waiting for a bed in the Emergency Department and requiring inpatient care.Shift DetailsShifts available: 3x12 hoursNights: 19:00 - 07:30Potential for block scheduling may be accommodated, though not guaranteed.ResponsibilitiesFloat between multiple locations in the region as required.Support Emergency Department boarders and transition to Observation Units as needed.QualificationsMinimum of 1.5 years of nursing experience required.Travel nursing experience is mandatory.Active Kentucky or compact nursing license required at the time of submission.Certifications needed: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.Experience with EPIC charting is required.RequirementsCOVID-19 vaccination exemptions (medical or religious) are acceptable.Flu vaccination is required.Appearance guidelines: Tattoos and piercings must conform to policies; no nose rings or gauged earrings permitted. Nails should be natural and less than 1/4" in length; nail polish is acceptable.FacilitiesNo cafeteria available; however, a refrigerator and microwave are provided on-site for meal preparations. Parking is free in all unrestricted spaces.Dress CodeScrubs must be navy blue and free from any agency or brand logos.
