About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Healthcare Media Business Unit Head to spearhead the launch of a new commercial business. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing the strategy and operating plan for this venture, which is focused on providing privacy-conscious digital media, audience intelligence, and measurement solutions to life science companies. This hands-on leadership role requires an entrepreneurial executive who can define the market strategy, shape initial solutions, establish client relationships, and build a commercial model for long-term growth. Key responsibilities include translating existing data, technology, and media capabilities into customer-centric solutions, personally developing early client relationships, and leading a team to ensure the business scales efficiently. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' senior leadership experience in healthcare media, pharmaceutical marketing, digital advertising, advertising technology, healthcare data, commercial analytics, or a related life sciences business. The role demands a proven track record in launching and scaling business units, products, or revenue-generating services, as well as strong relationships across the life sciences customer landscape. The ideal candidate will be financially fluent, have a working knowledge of digital audience activation, media buying, and campaign measurement, and be adept at leading cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced business or related degree being beneficial.
