Job Description

National Retail Transportation is hiring CDL-A Port Drivers in Compton for local container pick-ups and drop-offs from the Port of Long Beach. This position involves local port and city driving, transporting containers between the ports, customer locations, and designated facilities. No-touch freight, home daily, and opportunities to earn additional pay based on productivity!!!!

What We Offer Our Truck Drivers:

Home Daily - enjoy a consistent schedule

Pay: $28 per hour

Average Weekly Pay : $1,100 to $1,300

Additional Earning Opportunity: Earn additional compensation based on completed port turns and productivity!!!!

Consistent Work: Approximately 2 full port turns per day / 10 turns per week

Overtime available

Schedule : Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Operate newer, well-maintained equipment

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years

Valid TWIC Card

Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred

Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations

Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications

Current DOT physical certification

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
