Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor St.Louis, MO – Up to $29/Hour + Bonuses Monarch Investment is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at San Rafael Townhomes in St. Louis. This is a working supervisor position. You’ll lead the team, tackle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and help keep the property running smoothly. Compensation and Benefits $27 – $29 per hour based on experience Quarterly maintenance bonus opportunities up to $4,000 per year Annual raises based on performance On‑call stipend paid even if you’re not called out ($100 per week) 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement program Tool reimbursement up to $500 per year Winter boot reimbursement up to $100 per year 20% rent discount at Monarch communities (restrictions apply) Medical insurance available for under $50 per month Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Paid holidays PTO accrues immediately: 80 hours in year one; 120 hours after 2‑4 years; 160 hours after 5 years What You’ll Do Lead and support the maintenance team Complete service requests and work orders Oversee apartment make‑readies and unit turns Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs Assist with painting and general property upkeep Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting Participate in an on‑call rotation (approximately one week every four weeks) What We’re Looking For 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs EPA Certification preferred CPO Certification preferred Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Why Monarch?
