Work Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts per week

Pay rate: $40 - $42/hour

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Experience: 2Y Outpatient Req; Urology or Women's Health strongly preferred
• CA LVN License
• Certs: BLS
• FLU VACCINE (no exemptions/no declinations)
• Special Requirements: EPIC experience required.
