Program Manager - Product Resilience

Role Description

The Program Manager – Product Resilience is responsible for establishing and driving the strategic vision for product and supply chain resilience across the aerospace business. This leader will oversee a team of Product Resilience Project Managers and analysts, ensuring critical products, suppliers, and manufacturing capabilities are protected against disruptions while supporting business growth and customer commitments.

This role requires an experienced leader capable of partnering with:

Executive leadership
Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
Engineering
Quality
Operations
Procurement
Program Management teams

The successful candidate will leverage data-driven decision-making to:

Improve supply continuity
Enhance operational performance
Increase organizational resilience

Additionally, they will communicate business impacts and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Experienced leader in product and supply chain resilience
Strong partnership skills with various teams
Data-driven decision-making abilities

Requirements

Proven track record in managing product resilience
Ability to identify enterprise risks and prioritize mitigation efforts
Experience in driving transformational initiatives
