Production Helper

Our client, Tekni-Plex is hiring for a Production Helper position to join their team in Clinton, IL! This position is for producing and/or packaging quality tubing and/or cut pieces according to customer specifications. Assisting the Production Supervisor in all areas such as; Line set ups, Change overs, and troubleshooting. This position requires interaction with all aspects of the production process.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3rd Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)

Pay Range: $15.50 - $16.25 per hr. Plus shift differential

Responsibilities:

• Check all work orders for specific work instructions.

• Perform quality checks with appropriate measuring devices.

• Accurately and legibly complete all paperwork as required by ISO, GMP, HACCP.

• Perform random quality checks every 5 to 10 minutes to ensure product specifications.

• Ensure correct material, packaging supplies and quality control tools are being used.

• Produce labels for cartons/spools.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment highly preferred.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow all safe work practices
