About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Platform Operations & Integration to spearhead the development and execution of the operational infrastructure that is essential for business growth through acquisition and integration. The successful candidate will be tasked with building scalable shared services, standardizing processes, and optimizing systems to create a robust operational framework. This role requires a leader who can work closely with executive teams to drive operational excellence across various functions, ensuring the organization can scale efficiently and consistently. Key responsibilities include designing and managing a centralized operating model, developing post-acquisition integration strategies, and establishing performance metrics to foster continuous improvement.
