Job Title: Sr. Technical Lead
Pay: $43/hr DOE
Shift: First Shift
Location: Manteno, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Sr. Technical Lead for our client to start immediately. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities- Define, design, and implement scalable, reliable technical solutions
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with project teams on scope, timelines, and resource planning to meet deadlines
- Lead and mentor software engineers to boost performance and productivity
- Monitor system performance to ensure uptime, scalability, and security compliance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or technical leadership
- Proven experience leading diverse technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with system design and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, DevOps tools, and system architecture
- Experience with databases and quality/reliability testing protocols
