Back of House / Kitchen Team Member (Full-Time)-Starting at $16-$18 per hour

Job Description Back of House / Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing great quality food; ensuring food items are prepared quickly and efficiently; upholding quality by following Chick‑fil‑A standards and recipes; communicating positively and effectively between Front of House and Back of House; and treating all with honor, dignity, and respect. Back of House / Kitchen Team Members are compensated with one meal per shift. Full‑time Back of House / Kitchen Team Members earn a minimum of $16 per hour and have the option to purchase medical benefits.
