Schedule:
1 st shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2 nd shift Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $25 - 28+/HR depending on skills and experience
Position Summary:
Adecco is seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and assemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, electrical assembly experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform wiring, cable routing, soldering, and panel assembly tasks
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
- Test assembled components and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet deadlines and production goals
- Previous electrical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
