What You'll Do

Every class is an opportunity to change someone's day.

You'll:

• Lead high-energy F45 workouts with confidence
• Coach members with exceptional cueing and exercise progressions/regressions
• Deliver goal-focused consultations with trial members
• Create an encouraging, inclusive environment for every fitness level
• Help grow our incredible community through member retention and referrals
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional studio
• Be a leader both on and off the training floor

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience coaching group fitness (F45 experience is a bonus)
• At least one year of fitness coaching or personal training experience preferred
• Strong understanding of functional movement and HIIT training
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Weekend availability
• Active on social media and excited to represent the F45 brand
• Professional, dependable, and always brings positive energy

Required Certifications

• Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, PTA Global, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Group fitness certification
