Quick Facts Location: Spokane, WA Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date: May 2027 Shift: Variable, including 8, 10, or 12-hour days Schedule: Full-time, min. 3 shifts/week (including weekends), no guaranteed hours Hours/Week: 40+ (overtime applicable) Employment Type: Contract / Locum Licenses/Certs: WA license (or willing to take any license), DEA, BC required Experience: Trauma experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (rate to be finalized on bid) Pay Package: Competitive pay with weekly direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time and licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Malpractice insurance paid for Professional growth and support throughout your assignment What You ll Do Provide anesthesia services for high-volume surgical procedures in an inpatient setting Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with top-tier trauma cases Cover shifts at Sacred Heart and possibly Holy Family hospital (15 minutes away) Meet the scheduling requirements, including 4+ weeks per month and minimum shifts per week Adhere to safety and compliance standards for anesthesia practice What You Need Required: Current, valid unrestricted license in Washington or willing to obtain DEA certification Board Certified or eligible in anesthesia (or trauma experience highly preferred) Minimum of experience in trauma or high acuity settings Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred: Prior experience in high-volume surgical environments Availability for full-time, ongoing coverage Flexibility to work at satellite location Holy Family when needed About the Assignment Join a leading Spokane hospital team dedicated to providing exceptional surgical care.
