Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a CNC Press Brake Operator position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to perform bending operations on metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and material requirements
- Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings for each job
- Configure and run press brake equipment for various bend angles and materials
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Experience setting up and operating press brake machines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift and position metal sheets (typically 25-50 lbs or more )
- Manual dexterity for precise material alignment and machine adjustments
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a team
